Door Shakespeare announces 2019 Summer Season Acting Company

Marcella Kearns and Matt Daniels will make their Door Shakespeare directorial debuts, with The Merry Wives of Windsor and Henry V, respectively. In addition to directing, Matt will also take to the Door Shakespeare stage, playing Frank Ford in The Merry Wives of Windsor, as well as the Chorus in Henry V.

Returning to the Door Shakespeare stage from seasons past are Elliott Brotherhood, Luke Brotherhood, James Carrington, Mark Corkins, Elyse Edelman, Amy Ensign, Carrie Hitchcock, Mikkel Knutson, and Scott McKenna Campbell.

We have been auditioning actors around the Midwest since November, and we are very excited to share this very talented company with our audiences,” says Michael Stebbins, Door Shakespeare Producing Artistic Director. “Two of Milwaukee’s finest talents, Marcella Kearns and Matt Daniels, are making their Door Shakespeare directing debuts. The Merry Wives of Windsor is sure to be a festive and hilarious and heartfelt night of theatre under the stars, while Henry V – making its Door Shakespeare debut! – will keep audiences on the edge of their seats with its mix of action, humor, passion and romance.”
