Todd Mion
Todd has been a lighting designer in the mid-Atlantic region for the last thirty-six years. His designs have been seen nationally in Washington, New York, Philadelphia, and Chicago, as well as internationally in Edinburgh, Scotland at the Festival Fringe. Other international credits include two multi-country tours for Dakshina: The Daniel Phoenix Singh Dance Company with dates in central Europe, South Africa, and India. For the Preservation Association for Tudor Hall, actor Edwin Booth’s childhood home, he has lit benefit performances starring Lynn Redgrave and Stacy Keach. Todd is no stranger to outdoor Shakespeare as he was the technical director for The Baltimore Shakespeare Festival from 2004 – 2009. There, in the meadow at Evergreen House, he built numerous outdoor productions including, The Tempest, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Hamlet, Macbeth, All’s Well That Ends Well, and Twelfth Night. He is pleased to be returning for his fifth season with Door Shakespeare. When Todd is not in Door County he is the production manager for Dance, Music, and Theatre at Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland.
