Isa Guitian

Balthasar and understudy to Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, Harriet/Jane in Emma

Isa Guitian (she/they) is ecstatic to be back at Door Shakespeare for a second time after appearing in The Old Man and the Old Moon and As You Like It last summer. Most recently, she performed in Hamlet at the Utah Shakespeare Festival Shakespeare in the Schools Tour, A Christmas Carol at the Guthrie Theater, as well as Measure for Measure and The Winter’s Tale at the Illinois Shakespeare Festival. Other regional credits include Pride and Prejudice, As You Like It, and Caesar also at Illinois Shakes, Nature: A Walking Play at TigerLion Arts, and Technicolor Life at Rep Stage. Isa has a BFA from the University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theater Actor Training Program and is a proud native of Baltimore, Maryland (Go O’s!), where she graduated from the Baltimore School for the Arts.
